Well things are going ok... can just about run for 30 mins (Very red by the end but hey!) so only another 1.5 hours to go.... After seeing Jon at the weekend complete the half marathon... well done Jon! It has made me realise just how far it is so more training tonight! Still trying to persuade Chris to wear the tutu... so if you see him harrass him to wear one... xxx

Well its just over 8 weeks to go till the race (or walk!) so we are training (not very hard but we are trying) If you see me near chocolate or anything remotley unhealthy please stop me... and say Lucy!
